1. Accepting these terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and [Company Legal Name]. By accessing or using MySitePlanner, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Who may use MySitePlanner
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use MySitePlanner. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. What the service does
MySitePlanner is a self-serve tool that lets you create and download a permit-ready site plan using a property address and the project details you enter. You can place proposed structures, review dimensions and setbacks, and download the resulting plan.
Each site plan is paid for per download. MySitePlanner does not require a subscription.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use MySitePlanner for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
- Enter property or project information that you do not have the right to use.
- Attempt to bypass security, payment, access, or usage controls.
- Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the platform.
- Use the service to violate another person's privacy, property, or intellectual-property rights.
We may suspend or block access when we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.
5. Your plan and our platform
The site plan you create belongs to you to use for your own project, including permit applications, planning, and communication with contractors or local agencies.
[Company Legal Name] retains all rights to MySitePlanner itself, including the software, design, workflows, branding, templates, databases, and platform technology. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the platform or give you the right to resell, copy, or recreate it.
Important disclaimer
A MySitePlanner site plan is a planning document. It is not a legally stamped survey, boundary survey, architectural plan, or engineered drawing.
Parcel lines, satellite imagery, measurements, and setback lines may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for checking the property information, confirming boundaries when needed, and verifying all local permit, zoning, setback, engineering, and submission requirements.
MySitePlanner does not guarantee that any city, county, permitting office, homeowners association, utility, lender, or other agency will accept your plan. Some projects may require a licensed surveyor, architect, engineer, or other professional.
6. Payments
Prices are shown before purchase. You authorize our payment processor to charge the amount displayed for the selected plan. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, [Company Legal Name] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from MySitePlanner or a site plan created with it.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service or a plan will not exceed the amount you paid for the plan giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless [Company Legal Name], its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of MySitePlanner, your project, your violation of these terms, or information you submit through the service.
